The process required to launch a successful startup can be overwhelming to the new entrepreneur. Yet it is during the startup phase that the foundation for success is laid or the path to failure is determined.
Launch! Your Startup Now is a step by step approach that clarifies your vision and takes you through all the critical steps that help you create a viable and profitable business.
The Launch! Workshop is structured just like our One-on-One Coaching except that you get the price benefit from learning in a group setting. In addition, you learn from the input of other participants who are also launching their own startups. The Launch! Workshop simulates the dynamics of an MBA group project. Although each participant will be given the same information and guidance as One-on-One Coaching students, there will be group discussion along with group support on weekly projects.
The Launch! Workshop includes 10 units to make your business idea a reality that will be available at a specific time each week. Each class will be 90 minutes in length to provide plenty of time for questions and discussion via Skype and Webinar format. Moreover, each participant will have the ability for one-on-one assistance through up to two emails each week directly with the instructor.
